Avantages
One of the best parts of working here is the people. The culture here is friendly and cooperative. Because of our size, it's easy to get to know the people you work with well. And since everyone is willing to help each other out, I never have a problem asking coworker's questions and stating my opinions. In addition, everyone cares about making products that benefit education. We have high standards for our product features, and for the underlying code. As much as we care about work, we also care about having fun. The company has a lot of social events, like happy hours and lunch and learns. And there are a lot of groups in the company like sports teams, and a book club. The work-life balance is great. Hours are flexible as long as you are able to attend meetings and get your work done.
Inconvénients
I wish we had more perks such as regular catered meals. But I think we can expect them to come as we continue growing.
