      There is no support for employees when they are experiencing difficulties with their leaders. Humana doesn't believe in the concept of workplace bullying so if you are having that problem with your leader there is no support.

      Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
