bit flexi timings. WFH for few odc's. best for freshers no work tension, less pressure almost 99% no Job loss fear even in peak recession

Inconvénients

when it comes to appraisal/promotions, there are Strong regional feelings esp.. in Tamilnadu Compensation is less compared to market
