      Avantages

      People, they are a good helpful bunch that are fiercely loyal. Great facilities. Good flexibility. Room to move around laterally and marginally upward if you work at it. Big player in industry.

      Inconvénients

      Systems are outdated and inefficient. Few strong managers. Slow to change. Hire outside for important roles. Can be political when involving legacy staff.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

      Inconvénients

      Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
