      pay isn't bad until you realize everything that goes into the position.

      Inconvénients

      You've never seen this amount of shoplifting. Every single day...just watching it walk out the door while your coworkers are put on leave for bringing home an empty reusable bag.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
