      Help people do what they want to do, gets jobs and helps the community become more independant

      Inconvénients

      Salary too low, have to work as a production associate with manager duties, feel like you are spread too thin most days of the week

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
