Perspective commerciale
Avantages
People really care about the mission of enabling others to gain work skills and improve their lives. A hand up not a hand out. Most of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Employees care about one another. Very good leadership training.
Inconvénients
It is a nonprofit so money is almost always tight. It is a family operated business, which can lead to concerns about politics / lack of open and honest communication. Some of it is real and some of it is staff being paranoid. Bit perception is reality...
