      Avantages

      I worked in transportation and found that the best thing about Goodwill was that there were some really good people that were working there.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, hard work, management was very oppressive, management was continuously provoking employees. I believe something bad is going to happen unless something changes.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
