There is a lot of potential for this company to be a leader in all of its segments.
Inconvénients
Managers and Directors are frequently let go without cause, notice, or severance packages. A lot of them were recruited or joined from the outside and spent less than two years with the company. Take that into consideration if you are looking to join Generac from the outside at a management level. There are firings across all the white-collar ranks every few months. Some days you come in and a handful of people are just gone. Frequent organizational and directional changes drive a lot of this turnover.
