      Avantages

      Fingerprint has a talented and dedicated crew building cutting edge applications for the mobile edutainment market. Definitely a place for self starters. Support is available, but everyone has the freedom to contribute and do the work they enjoy. The atmosphere in the office is friendly, fun, and professional. Definitely a start-up vibe, but a well managed one. No talk about "runway" here, the foundation is solid. I've been here for 8 months and came from a poorly run startup where the only vision was an IPO and when that failed, things really fell apart. The difference from my previous experience and my experience at Fingerprint couldn't be more profound. There is a real sense of security and purpose here.

      Inconvénients

      Fingerprint has an open office, so you will need to adjust if that's new to you.

      Avantages

      The vibe in the office is great. Lively bunch, diverse group, and colorful personalities. People are hunkered down on projects to finish them on time, however. Nice location in Union Square. Always something to do here. Good outlook going forward; strong company in growing community. Benefits are great.

      Inconvénients

      Everyone has a good amount of work with the approx. 30 people here. Commute can be long if you don't live in the city. Little room for advancement unless someone leaves. Days can go long but that's a start up. Most people have families, so not much social interaction aside from lunch time and the occasional Friday.
