Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Supervisors and coworkers are friendly, competent, inclusive, and knowledgeable. The work environment is very positive. Training is more than adequate; you are well-prepared for the tasks required of you. I don't have much to say about ECS itself as I'm contracted out and have contact with only a few individuals from management.
Inconvénients
In my particular position, hours per week can vary greatly. Days are usually a full 8 hours, but depending on what is needed at the time you may work anywhere from only a few days a week to every weekday for months. This may work well for some people; it depends on what you want in a job.
