      +pay +offers benefits (not great, but still amazing to have) +The work was what was pitched to me and was pretty straightforward +Fixed problems as i needed them.

      Inconvénients

      -no PTO -time tracking (this was a nightmare for the project i was on) -contracting -hourly pay (you only get paid when your billing)
