      Avantages

      -pretty great work/life balance -unlimited PTO for employees of 1+ years -required to go into office only 2 days a week -fully remote work available if needed for certain circumstances

      Inconvénients

      -have to have 4 performing quarters in order to start making ANY commission -becoming extremely micromanagey and are expected to keep more than 4 different trackers up to date at all time (most with the same information) -advertise that they are willing to help but don't follow up at all

      Great Management, hade a good time when with them when I was working with them.

      Inconvénients

      Overnight shift was brutal. But made it through
