Aggressive commission structure. Out early on Fridays if you hit your office numbers. Young and energetic environment
Inconvénients
Very low base (but the commission structure is very good once you start getting your numbers up). A lot of turnover, especially with recruiters. Can take a while to get going if you’re in sales. Recruiters are given business, so they typically make money quicker into when you’re new compared to an account manager, it’s a longer investment but the return will be higher
