Avantages
- Good Environment when Money is not involved - Process is good, if they are not related to time management - Good offshore company, don't expect on site
Inconvénients
- Poor/Average Payscale - Very poor Onsite project, people have to literally beg for the onsite projects and accommodate in very less salary. With an experience of 15 years, don't expect more than 90K - Time Management is very poor, if you have work or not, you have to spend 8 hours in office - Leaves are less - In case there is something where you need Management help, everyone turns blind eye. - Except few people others are junk load, do not have technical abilities nor manager are having common sense.
