      Avantages

      Can make great money once you get past the learning curve (not many places in Costa Rica where you can make more) Flexible schedule-work the hours you want (to an extent) Lots of opportunities to travel Fun group of colleagues

      Inconvénients

      It takes a while to get past the learning curve so most people don't come out the door making a ton. It is a sales job so there is pressure to hit goals and it's not always easy You need to be available (not necessarily at your desk working) a lot of hours in order to be successful.

      Avantages

      -Work from home -Flexible schedule - Availability to travel to luxury hotels inside Costa Rica. - Job is adaptable to make it what you want- I have been able to travel and work in Europe and South America. - Constantly changing and growing - Great coworkers from all over the world. - Strong earning potential

      Inconvénients

      - Must be self motivated to work from home- not for everyone -

      Avantages

      Work from home and own hours Options for in country travel to luxury hotels (this has been severely limited recently due to company not wanting to lose out on $$ by letting workers go for free when they can resell these hotels to clients) Opportunity to earn high monthly commissions

      Inconvénients

      No growth opportunities More of a churn and burn mentality for hiring No benefits offered Varying range of which numbers matter and types of sales matter, being ranked on 10+ criteria can be frustrating as they will always find something to complain about
