      Paid Time Off, Industry certifications at no cost to you.

      Inconvénients

      -Lack of Communication between departments. Nobody is ever on the same page. -No cost of living adjustments -No annual raises since I have been here -Medical benefits are a joke come 2015

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
