Rude Supervisors, low agent morale, lack of structured training

At CompuCom, we value all feedback, negative or positive. We are sorry that you did not find our training resources adequate. Thank you for taking the time to provide your input.
low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
