      Avantages

      Some nice people. Not fussy about work arrangements.

      Inconvénients

      Very little support for new starters. Isolating culture. Not much transparency. Ruthlessly laid off a bunch of low paid graduates after giving them minimal training and support.

      promising company - places social events

      Inconvénients

      - they put full trust in older people working for the company , they won't listen for any complains regarding people been working them for some time.
