Avantages
Flexible timing and work from home policy is better but again it depends on DL/Manager. better event management. better Training program to refresh or understand it.
Inconvénients
They dont have projects related to your skillsets, If you are from Java background they will give you couple of weeks training and place you as a testing resource. There is a strong presence of dictatorship with few of the senior folks in the organization. they believe in " its my way or the highway" these few folks need to calm down a bit and not push around employees. Don't force employee to stay in office late night, instead of that do a proper work allocation and management which will help employees to maintain balance in there work and life.
