Sales team can use some inter-personal skills, especially when dealing with new and non-Indian employees. Favoritism seems to play a big role, with junior employees making senior level decisions. Even within sales team, members are very close-knit - makes it uncomfortable for new employees. Delivery teams seem overwhelmed at times at customer requests and are not pro-active.
