      Avantages

      L'entreprise est toujours une ardoise vierge. Aussi gros que EDS mais totalement inconnu. Nous avons la chance de mettre en mouvement quelque chose de grand. Les méthodologies sont très pratiques et opérationnelles et beaucoup de réflexion a été menée pour en faire quelque chose avec lequel vous pouvez vraiment travailler.

      Inconvénients

      Les zones locales sont encore assez paroissiales et le salaire n'est pas terrible. Ce serait bien si les méthodologies étaient également utilisées un peu plus souvent.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
