They offer decent salary. You have a cab facility for pick up and drop and an ok cafeteria.
Inconvénients
There are no other benefits except salary. Work life balance is almost non existent. Timings are very rigid and tightly monitored by the management. There are random on-calls and they are very strenuous. There can't be a worse review process. You are at the mercy of your manager and the peer reviews are either non-existent or don't count in the review . Moreover, there is no way of giving feedback to your manager. If you do good work then "it is expected" and if you don't do it then "you are not performing up to the mark". You keep hearing "think out of box" 3 times a day but you are not allowed to think out of the box. Moving from one team to another is extremely difficult. You don't need an engineering degree to get the work done. Most of the work is trivial but tedious. You are busy 80% of the day with the same boring work. In short, there can't be a worse company than CSC to start your career. Stay away from it.
