      Avantages

      Some flexibility in your schedule if you have a position that allows it

      Inconvénients

      Extremely bad leaders, the company switches direction every five seconds so they never get anywhere, HR is extremely slow when it has no benefit to them, next to no benefits (no 401k match, expensive health insurance), promotions and raises are very hard t9 get unless you have family in the company. Company does not seem to have a good road ahead for them.

      Avantages

      There is a good work/life balance. There is also opportunity to build your career as much as you can in your position because there is so much to do

      Inconvénients

      Not enough resources and often a lot of pressure from upper management to get things done in an unreasonable timeline given the lack of resources.
