      Avantages

      It is a great job. I love the people that I work with. I believe in our products and what we do.

      Inconvénients

      They say they invest in their employees, but when asked to put their money where there mouth is they back away. They have a an education employee reimbursement program but it is only for those people that are deemed worthy.

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
