      Avantages

      Pretty flexible scheduling and make up time available, a lot of holidays off and two floating holidays. Good company culture.

      Inconvénients

      Measurement of success is based off numbers for cases closed, not the overall value a tech brings to the team. It can be difficult if you are in support to move into different non-supports departments.
