People are genuine and helpful, easy to connect, work-life balance is only okay if you are not in important positions.

The way management handles projects and artists is quite concerning. No growth, not receptive to constructive feedback from employees.

Most of the colleagues are awesome and easy to work with. I respect the company's efforts to balance outsourcing projects with developing its own IP, which is a challenging balance for revenue and creative vision.

It's a shame the company uses a typical micro-management style, disregarding employee opinions.
