Avantages
You can consider joining amdocs with 4-5 years of experience as amdocs gives a decent exposure to new technologies. However if you are starting your career, kindly avoid joining.
Inconvénients
Very slow growth. Too much politics. Upper management is not as good as it was 3-4 years back.
