      Fun environment, really smart technical people with a lot of experience. The high light of ASML is the part where we proved EUV

      Inconvénients

      Current phase is in sustaining. More planners than people that do work. Some improvement in the reactive nature of work wouldn't hurt

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
