Avantages
The environment of care for the clients is made better by the way employees care for one another. The administration is not top-heavy and they are responsive to needs of frontline employees.
Inconvénients
Some facilities are old and in need of space for employees to have breaks
There were some good benefits I was sold on in the beginning
Inconvénients
I did not like the fact that I didn’t get much hours and for my experience, I should have gotten more pay. There is no shift differential. They pay increases were next to nothing. Management is all about themselves.
