Avantages

I started at zenloop almost two month ago and so far, my experience is very positive. The atmosphere within and across teams is incredibly supportive and appreciative. It’s really taken care that zenloop is a place free of discrimination of all kinds, where everyone is welcome. + Flexible home office opportunities and working hours. +Management cares about well-being of each employee and is constantly working on further improvements for everyone‘s work situation. It’s an exciting time to join the company as it’s growing and changing a lot. The goals are very ambitious but, so far, I get the feeling that the goals are strategically well planned and structured so that they are achievable.

Inconvénients

- Coffee could be better - more social benefits such public transport discounts would be nice.

Avantages

Salary on time Laptop bought by the company, brand new. Even if I could not choose which. Money is burning well, feels warm.

Inconvénients

Not recommended to anyone who is not super desperate. Lacking big from a technical and business side (most of the business side has less than 9 months in the company because previously a lot of people were 'let go') Ultra micro managers and controlling tendencies. Lack of trust is beyond expertise, it is more about ego and superiority feelings. The worse is gaslighting people and hiding that people are fired (it is wrong in too many levels). They said people left to study again or things like that. They need to hire juniors because more experienced people would understand the level of wrongness achieved in this company. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I decided to join. I cannot believe the positive reviews are written by actual employees.
