      Avantages

      Great place to work if you want to do something worthwhile in the space. Compelling vision behind it and as well as prospects ahead of it. Team clearly cares about culture and making things happen. A lot of the smartest people I've met. Come hungry cause there is opportunity here and something to strive for.

      Inconvénients

      Not where you want to be if you are looking for an easy ride to coast on. Gotta be ready to put in the extra hour from time to time.

      None that I can think of -- the work is hard.
