Avantages
People (non-management roles) are truly great: smart, passionate. Not many of them stay because the company does not appreciate independent thinking.
Inconvénients
Your experience and ideas are invalid here. Forget about a/b testing, creative marketing copy or marketing plan - they are going to give you poorly written templates that you have to follow and make you spam the database. The unsubscribe link doesn't work and they don't bother fixing it. Their CRM tool is a torture device: it’s so buggy, slow and inefficient that you'll waste so much of your time using it so you won’t have any time left for actual marketing. Which they don’t want you to do anyway. They're going to give you 2.5 people worth of work load (because people leave left and right) and then tell you you're not working hard or efficient enough. Gaslighting is their go-to method of communication. When I joined they promised 2 home office days per week, and the next year took one day away saying that home office is unproductive and that EVERYONE is going back to the office. Which is absolutely not true, there are plenty of companies offering hybrid or fully remote work. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
