      This company doesn't have a single pro!

      Inconvénients

      1. They will literally suck your blood in the name of startup environment. 2. Employees are expected to work for 17-18 hours, if you don't then you will be thrown out! 3. Real use and throw policy! 4. HR is useless. They just follow what CEO and his followers say! 5. Your mental health will die here. 6. You will be thrown out without any notice or warning. They block your access within seconds. 7. A street vendor shop runs better than this company. Just stay away from this company!

      Mission driven with integrity led by example with CEO. Leadership that cares about the people and day to day work. High bar for excellence. Eagerness to create pathways for growth. Expected to own your role with people who share same values.

      Infrastructure still being built - similar with other startups.

      Avantages

      Good salary mainly because the company is desperate to hire. My recruiting team are good people. Lots of work to do.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is a nightmare to work for. Company is hemorrhaging a lot, culture is horrible, the wework space we have is a disaster to work in. We work in a dungeon. All the reviews are absolutely accurate. Run for the hills. Do not work here. We are trying to hire engineers in SF and no one wants to work here. Benefits are horrible.
