Nothing to be honest, there’s none.

German office is not aware of Turkish office, a lot of mobbing is going on, as mentioned by another 6 reviews, this office has fire & hire culture, they have %70+ turnout rate, and they are proud of it somehow. They brag about how they fire people by saying they value performance. Quality > quantity, and people are not numbers, that’s one thing you need to learn. Especially managers in Germany who’s responsible for Turkey, they don’t even bother to say a good bye to the ones being fired, even though the whole time they acted like they “care”
