1. Some people are nice. 2. "Our compensation packages are competitive with other companies in our field"
Inconvénients
1. "...but we don't necessarily push the envelope on salaries." 2. Company doesn't seem to have a clear long-term vision or strategy except for "get market share, wait for market upturn, cash out". This directly affects the quality of company's products. 3. Issues with legal compliance. 4. Toxic work culture. There are cliques and if you're not part of them, you'll never be good. 5. Some people/teams are not doing their part of work. 6. Some projects/expenses could not be understood without thinking about gross negligence, sabotage or corruption. 7. Diversity&inclusion do not exist. These issues stem from the highest levels of the company, so I don't see how it could be improved.
