Avantages
I came to iMethods straight out of college, not knowing a thing about the role or the industry (and frankly, not knowing if I would be good at this or not). The training and development is top tier, and I was able to smoothly transition into this role. My favorite part about iMethods is the fact that we are a faith based organization. And the best part about that, is that not everyone at iMethods is religious - but we look for people who have a servant heart like the rest of us. For those that see this as a negative, probably don't understand the importance of serving others. I see our recruiters and sales team put their clients and consultants first, and truly prioritize their needs. And I don't hear that often from other staffing firms. The people and the culture are AMAZING. I have met some of my best friends here, and I also love getting to work with my boss. Management has always been very transparent on change that is happening. And that used to shock me because I still felt like a new graduate. But they always make me feel like my voice matters and that I am heard. They have given me a ton of different learning & development opportunities as well. I have been here for almost 3 years now, and I can CONFIDENTLY say that I want to retire here. And no, it's not always sunshine and rainbows here, because no company is perfect. But when there are lows, your team trudges through it with you.
Inconvénients
Not a con, but just awareness that we are growing a lot and creating new roles which is exciting! But also some unknowns, so you need to be adaptable and open to change.
