The team itself was really nice, warm, and collaborative, which made the overall experience bearable.
Inconvénients
From a technical perspective, there was a clear lack of leadership. Improvements usually came bottom-up from the developers rather than through direction or vision from management. Planning was often chaotic, and the resulting pressure from poor preparation fell directly on the developers. Outsourcing was a big negative experience — promises made were not respected, and it created more frustration than value. With proper management it could have worked, but in its current state it was poorly handled. The company urgently needs stronger, more capable leadership to handle both internal planning and outsourcing effectively.
