      Avantages

      I don't see any other than they know how to waste potential candidate's time they could have put into doing an assignment of another company.

      Inconvénients

      I was provided a basic assessment with a deadline and later there was a scheduled meeting. The people in the scheduled call doesn't even know if I have completed the assignment. Then after a regular discussion I was provided with another assignment to work on. They said they will get back to me twice when I asked for an update after submitting the completed assignment and they still have not got back to me.

      Avantages

      Small teams make it easier for ideas to be discussed and implemented without jumping through too many hoops. I feel comfortable bringing ideas forward or providing feedback on other ideas.

      Inconvénients

      With any small company, culture is what you put into it but internally they are working on bringing it forward and making it a priority which is promising.
