      Avantages

      If I could give a negative review I would, because that's what they deserve..

      Inconvénients

      Small company, extremely unprofessional, Larry, Curly and Moe running the show. Serously, money allows people to open a company, but don't be fooled that it's real. This applies to Engineering roles or any other managerial role. The legacy product is brittle patches and the new is smoke and mirrors .. junior guy, untalented, wearing big pants bought by auntie.

      Avantages

      Small teams make it easier for ideas to be discussed and implemented without jumping through too many hoops. I feel comfortable bringing ideas forward or providing feedback on other ideas.

      Inconvénients

      With any small company, culture is what you put into it but internally they are working on bringing it forward and making it a priority which is promising.
