      Like any successful organization, there are always areas for improvement. Occasionally, the fast pace means communication can lag slightly behind new developments. However, this also provides a fantastic opportunity for employees to take initiative and lead projects that streamline and enhance our communication channels.

      The CEO is nice, at least. That's really the only pro I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Where to begin? - In the time I was there, 8 people left the company not including me. - Abusive manager. - Unmanageable workload. - Changing daily expectations - my job was not well-defined and I found myself being saddled with work that was not part of my job description but work that I was expected to know how to perform. - TOXIC office environment. A lot of lying to your face happens here, a lot of vague threats are made on a daily basis. - The pay is LOW for the amount of work you need to perform. The benefits are TERRIBLE. Unless you're trying to break in to project management at an entry level, avoid avoid avoid! Even their touted "you can learn a lot at this job" mentality is hindered by the fact that you are always so busy and so stressed out that you don't have the time to learn anything.

As a constantly growing company for almost 17 years, we are always self-reflecting in order to improve. eWay Corp is part of a group of multiple companies that operate in various countries. With recent acquisitions, it is expected to have some employee turnover. eWay Corp has an extremely experienced, full-time Human Resources Manager that is always available to all employees to discuss any grievances and address many of the issues claimed here. Our current management staff works with many employees very successfully, daily, with virtually no negative issues. We would like to have heard from you regarding your negative experiences while you were still with us, as we could have addressed these issues at that time.
