      Nice upper management, free lunches from time to time.

      Inconvénients

      No raises or career advancement, will sometimes skip out on said free lunch.

      Avantages

      Team, Leadership, and Cause are all worthy. Fun group to be around. Great easy-going environment full of smart and friendly people.

      Inconvénients

      Commute is not the best, but working from home is a great alternative.

      Avantages

      Pay was good, benefits were decent. that's about it

      Inconvénients

      The OP manager or owner definitely needs to work on communication skills with his employees and be more up front about things. This place is "Affected" by the wholesale market, so I'd advise not to look to this place for a long term solution. I would have given it more stars, But I don't feel it deserves it given how things are handled around there. Could be a really good place to work if things are handled properly and management communicated better
