Avantages

Very nice cleaning auntie that will smile and chat with you. Nothing else

Inconvénients

Extremely inflexible other than the hybrid work arrangement. You are basically a call centre calling clients everyday to ask them to bring in funds to upgrade their account and you will be assessed solely on that. KPIs are unrealistic for at least the asian markets as there are many cultural differences. If you don't call enough/send enough emails, you will be deemed as lazy by the team lead and not putting enough effort even if your clients fund their account. Team lead is ok outside of work but when it comes to work, extremely inflexible for example if you are late for 10mins, you need to pay back the 10mins by leaving later. Says that he takes feedback but brushes it aside most of the time. lack empathy and situational awareness. No career progression, bonuses (commissions) are capped at 3k max (unlikely to even hit the cap), a realistic gauge would be 1+k. Salary increment is inexistent, even after more than 2 years, there is no increment in base. If you are looking to build a career, this is not the place.
