This is the first time we’ve heard this type of feedback and so will have to try to better understand it and make the appropriate course corrections, if needed.
We are working hard to build a great company here at eRelevance and we’re well on our way. We combine the pace of an ambitious, high growth, agile startup with operational excellence and extraordinary results - and the truth is that pace and culture isn’t for everybody. We are doing this through a culture grounded in being attentive, courageous, trusted, transparent, collaborative, agile, and accountable. Yes, increasing shareholder value is our #1 priority and because of great employees, we’ve been able to achieve tremendous growth to date.
With a fast growth start-up all employees benefit because as the company rapidly grows, employees will grow and develop as individuals and professionals, and lots of advancement will be available to them. And as we continue to mature, we will put more structured career development programs in place and your feedback and input will help us continue to improve in these areas.
I would encourage you to come talk to anyone on the executive leadership team – they are always open to input, feedback, constructive criticism, and ideas.
