Avantages
Saying it is like a family is not a joke. The manager in charge of the clients and projects holds the company together with good humor and makes you feel like you can do anything. I think he only hires people who will laugh at his bad jokes but they act like the best team mates anybody could ask for. Really the employees are so tight you can't believe they don't work in the same office. I have never worked anyplace without feeling like somebody was going to stab me in the back, except ePublishing. I felt like people cared about me and what I thought.
Inconvénients
The work got too intense. New customers were always coming in and needed immediate attention to get their website on ePublishings own platform. They didn't want to wait and the sales person never tried to push out the start date.
