Avantages
The environment is very relaxed and cooperative. My supervisor was an excellent mentor and gradually eased me into assuming larger responsibility. A fun place to work too! You really feel as if you own your desk and the leads that you pursue.
Inconvénients
There is not much cons except for the fact that it is a small company and the opportunity for growth within the company seem limited. I felt like it took a long time to establish myself which unfortunately was slightly frustrating. I was searching for new challenges each day to grow within my self and within the company, yet I did not find this here at ePrep. But all in all it is a great place to start and will get you very accustomed to good costumer service skills, and management.
