      Avantages

      Very exciting work. New technology. If you like to work hard it is very rewarding. Miss the place.

      Inconvénients

      Some very long hours. But that I what it takes to get ahead in the world. Lots of walking around on hard floors.

      Avantages

      - Excellent work-life balance. - Friendly work environment. - You will get to work with experts in the field of OLED. - Government contract provides positive outlook and stability. Company is expanding & bringing in new tools.

      Inconvénients

      - Relative small company, so you will get to multi-task. Not a bad thing as you get to learn new things and expand your knowledge. - Company needs to invest money into developing user-friendly centralized data collection system. Lacks data analysis capability. - Company needs to invest money into fab automation, as many operations are still done manually (typical for older 200mm fab). - Fab in need of infrastructure refresh.
