Avantages
Having worked here for awhile now, I can say that every person here has the ability to carve out his/her own job title. I've seen people start in one position and wind up in more fitting role a few weeks later. There is really no cap on how far one can go at eluxurysupply. Got a good idea? Let's hear it. A majority of the time you'll get the chance to make it happen. We've managed to find a happy medium between work and play. We're relaxed, but get work done. We're all offered great benefits -- namely a solid 401k plan. It's comforting to know your future is being cared for while working here.
Inconvénients
Definitely don't work here for the money. Pay starts low, but as with any job you have the ability to put in the work and earn raises. The actual workspace itself has almost no windows. Don't expect to ever see the sun.
