Avantages
Great corporate culture -- I believe this is directly due to the stringent hiring process. High engagement with leadership -- Leadership regularly speaks with the teams and have an open door policy. Constant team building -- This also adds to the corporate culture. There are 100 ways to get to know the people around you baked into the day to day activities that the company has going on. Aggressive but obtainable growth goals -- KPIs are set and each team knows their objectives. Weekly 1on1s about the game plan -- Team Management and Leadership have weekly contribution meetings which adds to the game plan. Transparency with strategy expectations and goals -- The weekly 1on1s help with this but the company has taken great strides to be open about growth goals and how the KPIs affect them.
Inconvénients
Not really a con but since we are growing, the office is starting to get full.
