Avantages
I have observed very little pros here at eHealth.
Inconvénients
On the surface the people seem very nice, but there is an undertone of nice-nastiness that can picked up after speaking with people 1:1 and sometimes in group meetings. Leadership seems out of touch Only certain levels of the organization receive equity, which seems inequitable for a tech company Managers tend to micro-manage and try to hold you to standard where there are no defined processes. There is absolutely no culture, no values, no shared goals. Teams within the same orgs have their own philosophies which leads to chaos. Egos are on full display Too much time spent in meetings talking to show how smart one is, but no real action takes place afterwards Good talent is leaving as there is no incentive to stay with the stock price being so low
